Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the installation space of a large business dish washer, improve the kitchen environment, automate the operation, and increase the types of dishes applicable to washing.

CONSTITUTION: This dish washer is constituted of a washer main body storing a washing hot water tank 107 and a rinsing hot water tank 108 in a storage chamber 103 below a dish washing chamber 102 provided with a washing nozzle 104 and a rinsing nozzle 105 and a water boiler 121 capable of feeding the high-temperature hot water corresponding to the rinsing hot water. A hot water feed mechanism is constituted of the first hot water feed passage 136 from the hot water feed side of the water boiler 121 and the water feed side to the washing hot water tank 107 via a water/hot water constant-temperature mixing valve 122 and the second hot water feed passage 138 from the hot water feed side of the water boiler 121 to the rinsing hot water tank 108. Switching valves 137, 139 are provided on the hot water feed passages 136, 138, respectively, and the third hot water feed passage 140 provided with a switching valve 141 is arranged between the downstream of the switching valve 137 of the first hot water feed passage 136 and the upstream of the switching valve 139 of the second hot water feed passage 138.
