PURPOSE: To provide an X-ray diagnostic system collecting digital X-ray photographing images where no blurring generates when an X-ray digital photographing is performed.

CONSTITUTION: In an X-ray diagnostic system obtaining the X-ray photographing image of an examinee 30 by providing a TV camera 60 with a blanking period which is more than one frame, performing an X-ray exposure for the examinee 30 within the blanking period and performing an automatic exposure control, the system is provided with a means 70 performing the image collections from the TV camera 60 plural number of times till the next X-ray photographing is started after the X-ray photographing is terminated. Further, the system is provided with a means 70 adding the images collected plural number of times and obtaining the X-ray photographing image of the examinee 30.
