CONSTITUTION: Lead holes 12 are made side by side on a thin metal plate 10 with the use of a steep punching tool 11, and next swells 13 formed on the rear surface of bottom of the lead holes are eliminated by grinding, and then straight holes 15 are made piercingly on the bottom of the lead holes 12 by a reamer tool 14, and thereafter burrs 16 on the opening periphery around the straight holes 15 are removed by polishing.
