Abstract:
A slide fastener with two rows (1) of helically coiled coupling elements made from a monofilament of a plastic material with two woven bearing tapes (8), on which the rows (1) of coupling elements rest with coupling heads (7) projecting over the inside bearing tape edges (9), wherein the coupling elements (2) are connected to the bearing tapes (8) with the aid of tie-up stitch wales (10) which grip over the upper limbs (6) of the coupling elements (2) and the regions of the lower limbs (5) located therebelow, jointly, and are woven into the bearing tapes. The lower limbs (5) of the coupling elements (2) are surrounded in a filling-thread forming manner by at least one additional separate lower limb stitch wale (11). The lower limb stitch wale (11) is woven into the associated bearing tape (8) next to or between the tie-up stitch wales (10).
