Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily carry out brazing of a three-dimensional fiber reinforced heat-stable composite material with a metal without causing a peal at the interface (an adhered face) by decreasing the fiber content at the surface, etc., to be adhered with the metal, and increasing and controlling the thermal expansion of the three-dimensional fiber reinforced heat-stable composite material. SOLUTION: The objective three dimensional woven fabric is obtained by carrying out at least one of enlargement of distance in the thickness direction between fibers in the adhesive surface direction and decrease of fiber count per fiber bundle of fibers in the adhesive surface direction to reduce the fiber content in the adhesive direction of a three-dimensional fiber reinforced heat- stable composite material and thereby to increase and control the thermal expansion of the three-dimensional fiber reinforced heat-stable composite material in the adhesive surface direction.
