Abstract:
To reduce costs, increase productivity and improve environmental friendliness.
An antenna base 100 having in advance a metal thin film layer 104 on an antenna support 101 is half-cut to form an antenna shape into layers at least excluding the antenna support 101 and including the metal thin film layer 104. Only an antenna part 110 half-cut in the antenna shape is transferred to a card base 120. An IC chip is connected to the transferred antenna part 110 to create an IC module 113. A cover sheet 140 is attached over the IC module 113.
