Abstract:
To provide an IC card settlement system and an IC card for improving the ability to pull in customers by writing an identification ID individually set to a game device with which a game is played, to an IC chip.
By using a non-contact type IC card 4, game media are put out in the game device 7, the identification ID individually set for each used game device 7 is written to the IC chip 5 of the IC card 4, points are imparted to a player on the basis of the number of imparting points set for each written identification ID, and the player receives various kinds of services at a counter 8 on the basis of the imparted points.
