PURPOSE: To provide a non-contact type IC card being inexpensive and having a high commodity value by the effective use of a printing formation by an annular coil antenna and the conductive film layer of both lead wires.

CONSTITUTION: A resist layer is formed on the inner surface 11 of an insulation substrate 10 to be subjected to an etching treatment, thereby forming a coil antenna 20, outer peripheral side lead wire 30, and first and second lead wires 40, 50 into patterns. The cut-raised part thereof is folded on the part of a cut- raised part 12 side of the coil antenna, and the cut-raised part 12 is folded in a crossed relationship on the folded cut-raised part 13 to then connect a tip end of the connected part 51 of the second lead wire part 50 onto the first lead wire part 40 by the use of silver paste or the like. Subsequently, an insulation protective film 60 is press-bonded in a superimposing manner to permit the coil antenna 20 and both cut-raise parts 12, 13 folded in cross to each other to be accommodated in the opening part 61, and also permit and IC circuit element 70 to be accommodated in the opening part 61.
