Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type IC tag provided with an antenna coil that resonates at a resonance frequency that matches an IC to be mounted.
SOLUTION: The antenna coil is provided on the front face of an insulating substrate, and a semiconductor chip is provided on the front face of the substrate so as to be electrically connected to the coil. An electric conductor is provided on the rear face of the substrate so as to face the coil with the substrate between the coil and the electric conductor. Thus, a capacitor in which the coil and the electric conductor are made as counter electrodes can be formed.
