Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice storage type display stand in which ice chips can be fed into an ice storage tank without the necessity of human hands, which can prevent display containers from making contact with ice in the storage tank with less limitation to the size and shape of display containers used therein, and which is sanitary.
SOLUTION: An ice storage type display stand comprises an ice storage tank 10b set in the upper part of a base 10a, an ice making mechanism 20 set in the lower part of the base 10a, for producing ice chips and feeding them into the ice storage tank 10b, and a plurality of display containers 18a to 18b covering the upper opening of the ice storage tank 10b, and for cooling beverages and foods set in therein, defining cooling chambers R1 to R3 defined between the lower surface side of the display container and the upper side of the ice chips stored in the storage tank 10b in order to space the display containers 18a to 18d from the ice chips.
