Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is difficult to predict ICT resource deficiency occurring due to movement of a terminal.SOLUTION: A usage history management unit accumulates the usage history of each terminal of a service provided to a plurality of terminals from a computing system over a junction network and a local communication network. A connection relation generation unit monitors movement of a terminal and generates connection relation data indicating the relation of the terminal and a local communication network with which the terminal is connected possibly. A communication facility management unit predicts the traffic amount of each local communication network, based on the usage history of the terminal thus accumulated, under connection situation of the local communication network and a terminal specified by the connection relation data, and calculates the deficiency of communication facility capacity of each local communication network by comparing the traffic amount thus predicted and the communication facility capacity of the local communication network.
