PURPOSE: To easily execute the change and the updating of an image parameter by rewriting data of a file in accordance with an input, and transmitting its rewritten data to a storage means in an image reader.
CONSTITUTION: When a selection key corresponding to rewriting of a parameter is selected, an image parameter file stored in an FD 4 contained in an image reader 2 is down-loaded, and when the conversion is finished, it returns to a parameter rewriting menu screen. In this case, when a desired part is selected, a photographing menu table screen corresponding to the selected part is displayed, a menu which becomes a copy origin is designated from ten keys by the number, and when an 'ENTER' key is depressed, a copy is executed, and it returns to an image processing condition rewriting screen. That is, a data file of an image parameter, etc., stored in a storage means can be rewritten without taking out the storage means such as the FD, etc., contained in the image reader. In such a way, data such as the image parameter, etc., can be changed and updated easily.
