Abstract:
To provide a new gene and method for obtaining the same using a differential display method by focusing on an mRNA whose expression level fluctuates in leukocytes of IgA nephropathy patients.
There are provided the new gene from leukocytes of IgA nephropathy patients by using the differential display method, and a method for obtaining the same. There are also provided an oligonucleotide with a specific base sequence by using the method, and a diagnostic agent and therapeutic agent comprising the oligonucleotide for IgA nephropathy.
