Abstract:

To obtain a material or composition capable of effectively inhibiting allergy via its IgE production inhibitory ability.

The composition for inhibiting IgE production comprises a kind of honey derived from Chinese milk vetch. The material/composition exhibits no serious side effect seen in steroid preparations, therefore being advantageous in view of mitigating various symptoms of allergy represented by inflammation through daily meals, or the like.
