Abstract:

To provide an illuminating device which interposes a drip-proof means between a terminal block and a lighting device and restrains permeation of moisture to the lighting device and maintains electric insulation of the lighting device.

The illuminating device 1 comprises a body case 4 preparing a light source and having a power source wire inlet 46 for introducing a power source wire L1, the terminal block 6 arranged in the body case 4 and connected with the power source wire L1, the lighting device 7 arranged below the power source wire inlet 46 of the body case 4 and performing lighting control of the light source, the drip-proof means 10 interposed between the power source wire inlet 46 and the lighting device 7 and preventing permeation of moisture to the lighting device 7, a wiring means L2 connected with the terminal block 6 without penetrating the drip-proof means 10 by guiding in a direction approximately crossing at right angles with a direction arranged between the lighting device 7 and the power source wire inlet 46.
