Abstract:
To provide an illuminating device capable of improving luminous efficiency by using heat generated from light-emitting diode lamps for light emission with a simple circuit configuration using a thermoelectric conversion element.
An illuminating device of the present invention comprises: first semiconductor light-emitting diode elements electrically connected to a power supply; a heat transfer substrate on which the semiconductor light-emitting diode elements are mounted; a thermoelectric conversion element that is thermally connected to the heat transfer substrate and is electrically insulated to the heat transfer substrate; and second semiconductor light-emitting diode elements connected to the thermoelectric conversion element.
