Abstract:
To provide an illumination device with a cap whose internal space is efficiently utilized.
A housing body 4 has an internal bottom mounting a block 81, containing a direct current source 80 and a DC/DC converter 81 for driving a lighting device 8. A block 82, containing an inverter circuit 82 and a lighting voltage generator 83 for completing the lighting device 8 is formed integrally with or is fixed mechanically in a cap 3 molded of a synthetic resin.
