To provide an inexpensive illumination lamp which has an excellent ornamental property for dynamic change in chromaticity.
The illumination lamp consists of a light source, a fluorescent material which is excited by the light emitted from the light source and emits visible light, and a fluid, all of which are encapsulated in a package. The fluorescent material consists of particles and is dispersed in the transparent or translucent fluid. The fluorescent material and the fluid have different specific gravities. When the direction of the package with respect to the gravity is changed, the fluorescent material is sometimes arranged and sometimes not arranged in the optical path until the light emitted from the light source is emitted outside the package or a quantity of the fluorescent material arranged on the optical path changes, which changes the chromaticity of light emitted outside the package.
