A first reflection region 12, in which a plurality of micro reflection parts A are formed into the shape of first display element, is formed on the lower surface of a light guide sheet 13. A display layer which is to be a second display element is formed on the lower side of the light guide sheet 13 through a transparent resin layer having a lower refractive index than the light guide sheet 13 or an air layer v. The air layer v is provided on the lower side of the micro reflection parts. The shape of the micro reflection part A satisfies T≤W×2/3, where the height (T) from a lower surface 13b of the light guide sheet 13 is 1-10 μm, and the maximum width (W) is 5-70 μm.
