Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image acquisition apparatus which can acquire a clear radiation image.SOLUTION: An image acquisition apparatus 1 for acquiring an X-ray transmission image of an object F transferred in a transfer direction TD, comprises: an X-ray irradiator 50 which outputs an X-ray; a belt conveyor 60 which transfers the object F in the transfer direction TD; an X-ray detection camera 10 which has scintillators 11a, 11b for converting the X-ray having transmitted the object F into scintillation light, line scan cameras 12a, 12b for detecting the scintillation light to output detection signals, and amplifiers 14a, 14b for amplifying the detection signals with a prescribed set amplification factor to output amplification signals; a control device 20 which generates the X-ray transmission image on the basis of the amplification signal; and an amplifier control part 18 which sets as the set amplification factor any one of the first amplification factor and the second amplification factor being an amplification factor lower than the first amplification factor on the basis of a prescribed imaging condition.
