To provide a CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) provision method of an image base and a program, for providing a CAPTCHA of the image base generated by mixing and deforming two or more images.
When a Web page request is received from a user client 14, the two or more images are randomly selected and are stored by sessions, and an ID of the session is provided to the user client together with a Web page. When a test image request corresponding to the ID of the session is received from the user client 14, the two or more images are mixed to generate a test image, the generated test image is transmitted to the user client, at least one piece of first identification information input by a user to the test image is received from the user client, and at least the one piece of the first identification information is compared to at least one piece of second identification information included in meta information of the test image.
