Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive shock-resistant image blur correction apparatus.SOLUTION: An image blur correction apparatus includes: a base 1; a first ultrasonic motor 100 disposed on the base 1 and guided by a first guide bar 104 to drive in an x-direction; a second ultrasonic motor 200 disposed on the base 1 and guided by a second guide bar 204 to drive in a y-direction; a first movable plate 3 which is moved in the y-direction by the first ultrasonic motor 100a; a second movable plate 6 supported so as to be moved by the first movable plate 3 in the x-direction, and moved by the second ultrasonic motor 200 in the x-direction; and an image blur correction lens 2 arranged on the second movable plate 6. When an external force is applied to the image blur correction lens 2, the second guide bar 204 prevents the lens from moving in the x-direction, and the first guide bar 104 prevents the lens from moving in the y-direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
