Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent an image blur by using the stroke of a driving device effectively by predicting the quantity and direction of lens driving required for the image blur prevention in photography and moving a lens to the position where they are covered right before a shutter is opened, and regarding this position as the initial position of the image blur preventing operation. CONSTITUTION:An angular acceleration sensor 1 detects the angular acceleration of a hand shake right before a shutter release button is pressed and its signal is converted by an integrator 2 into an angular speed signal, which is inputted to a speed control actuator 19 to put an image blur preventing device in operation. Then when the shutter release button is pressed, a lens position control signal 20 outputted by the control IC of a camera goes down to low level and the lens 13 is driven to the position corresponding to the hand shake speed up to t1 when the signal 20 goes up to high level again. When the shutter is opened, namely, when t = t1, the speed of the lens 13 is controlled according to the hand shake speed to enter an image blur prevention state. Consequently, a photograph is taken in the image blur prevention state.
