CONSTITUTION: This image communication device selects the line of the lowest charge by shifting a transmission start time to the time zone of low charge and transmits an original when a charge system is switched to a lower charge one during the supposed communication time, by being provided with a microprocessor 10, an image input part 11, a code conversion part 12, an image storage memory 13, a RAM 14, a main memory 15, a timing part 16 and a communication control part 20 and by having a first charge register 143, a second charge register 144 and a transmission time register 145.
