In interrupt processing performed at fixed intervals, a GPS control section 23 calculates present position and present time using a GPS and stores them in a GPS-DB 26. When receiving image data, if the present position and the present time can be calculated using the GPS, an analysis-interpolation processing section 23 stores the calculated position and time in an image DB 27 in association with the image data. If the present position and the present time can not be calculated using the GPS, on the other hand, the analysis-interpolation processing section 23 stores the position and the time, stored in the GPS-DB 26, in the image DB 27 in association with the image data.
