PURPOSE: To develop the effective performance easily even by a small organ, by installing a control circuit which selects a speaker of a working body and the speaker of an image projector as the feeding destination of the sound signal which is regenerated from a video tape and selects a driving device for a working body as the output destination of a driving signal on the basis of an image signal supplied from an image detecting means and operates these devices.

CONSTITUTION: A picture scene detecting sensor 1 as picture scene detecting means is installed at the corner of a picture scene 3. The picture scene detecting sensor 1 reads the characteristic of an image shown at the corner of the picture scene 3, and decodes said data according to the predetermined method, and outputs the result into a control circuit 6. The control circuit 6 selects the speaker of the characters A and B and the speaker of a CRT device 2 as the output destination of the sound signal and selects the motor for the eye and mouth and the motor for hands and legs of the characters A and B as the output destination of an electric power source or an operation signal, and these devices are operated. Therefore, in correspondence with the image of an image projection machine and the characters, the performance like dialogue between the characters and the image can be developed.
