Abstract:

To suppress a feedthrough that is superimposed on a signal charge to be transmitted through a data wiring with high accuracy regardless of a variations in parasitic capacity.

A substrate 24 where pixel parts 30 provided with a storage capacity 26 for storing charges generated on a photoelectric conversion layer in accordance with irradiated radiation and a TFT 28 to be turned on by an on signal from gate wiring 34 are arrayed in the shape of a matrix includes a dummy pixel group 77 provided with a dummy wiring 82 intersecting each data wiring 36 and a TFT 78 corresponding to each data wiring 36, wherein a correcting capacity 116 is connected to each data wiring 36. When the TFT 28 of the pixel part 30 is turned on, the feeding of the on signal to the dummy wiring 82 is stopped and the application of voltage to the correcting capacity 116 is stopped, and when the TFT 28 is turned off, the feeding of the on signal to the dummy wiring 82 is resumed and the application of the voltage to the correcting capacity 116 is resumed to thereby cancel a feedthrough generated by the parasitic capacity 38 and the correcting capacity 116 on the data wiring 36 by a feedthrough generated by the parasitic capacity 84 and the correcting capacity 116.
