To provide an image display control device and an image display control system which enable an object whose safety is to be confirmed to be easily recognized, and also the positional relation between one's own vehicle and the object whose safety is to be confirmed to be easily understood.

In the image display control device 5, the photographing data of the image taken by an electronic camera 11 are loaded in the step 100. Then, the data (measured distant data) of the distance between the one's own vehicle and the object detected by a radar 13 are loaded in the following step 110. Then, the vehicle information of the one's own vehicle obtained by a vehicle speed sensor 15 and a steering angle sensor 17 are loaded in the following step 120. The calculation of running region of one's own lane is carried out in the following step 130. The detection of obstacles, such as pedestrians and vehicles, is carried out in the following step 140. The display image to be displayed on a display 3 is calculated in the following step 150. The image based on the display data calculated in the step 150 is displayed on the display 3 in the following step 160.
