A transparent substrate 36 is installed to the image display surface of a display medium 11 constituted with the one image display surface by lining up a plurality of sheets and the image display surface is reflected or irregularly reflected by the reflection surface formed in a position facing a frame section 22 of the transparent substrate 36. Therefore, the light from the image display surface is reflected by the reflection surface and the frame section 22 at the circumference of the display medium 12 is made hardly visible to an observer side. Also, the reflection surface is formed in the position of the transparent substrate 36 facing the frame section 22, i.e., between the transparent substrate 12 and the display medium 12 and does not protrude to the surface of the transparent substrate 12 and, therefore, the reflection surface is not damaged during manufacture, conveyance and installation. The reflection surface does not protrude to the surface even when cleaning the surface of the transparent substrate 12, thereby improving the cleaning efficiency.
