An image display system comprises: an image storage part which stores images to present to the viewer's right eye and images to present to the viewer's left eye; a right and left eyeball horizontal difference amount detection part which detects a difference amount between the positions of viewer's right and left eyeballs and the positions of the right and left cameras in imaging; a correction amount determination part which determines the correction amount of the images stored in the image storage part, using depth information on the images stored in the image storage part and the positional difference amount detected by the right and left eyeball horizontal difference amount detection part; and an image processing part which corrects the images stored in the image storage part on the basis of the correction amount determined by the correction amount determination part.
