To provide an image display device that can reduce the weight and improve the flexibility of installation even by using a plurality of light source parts.SOLUTION: An image display device having a projection optical unit for guiding light (Lin) incident from a light incident part inside and projecting light (Lout) from a light emission part (11a) in a projection direction comprises a first light source part (15a) for emitting first light, a second light source part (15b) for emitting second light, a first fiber part (14b) for guiding the first light, a second fiber part (14c) for guiding the second light, a multiplexing part (14d), connected to the first fiber part (14b) and the second fiber part (14c), for multiplexing the first light and the second light, and a third fiber part (14a) for guiding the first light and the second light between the multiplexing part (14d) and the light incident part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
