Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device which captures external light radiated to the front of a screen and water droplets due to rainfall to allow the improvement of display performance.SOLUTION: A substantially tabular louver 2 disposed in the front of a light-emitting element substrate 11 is provided with an eaves part 2a protruding forward to block external light 6 and is provided with a light-emitting element hole 12a to which a front end part of a light-emitting element 12 is protruded and a capture hole 3 for capturing the external light 6. The capture hole 3 is a through hole inclined downward from a front surface to a rear surface of the louver 2 and is configured so that rain water deposited on the front surface of the louver 2 flows to the rear surface side of the louver 2 via the capture hole 3 and the external light 6 is taken into a space 5 between the louver 2 and the substrate.
