Abstract:
To suppress the adjustment of an unintended printing position from being performed.SOLUTION: A printer 100 has a sheet feeding device 140 which includes a plurality of sheet feeding stages that detect and set the sheet sizes of stored sheets, and can commonly set one sheet profile to the plurality of sheet feeding stages that store the sheets in the same sheet type and in the different sheet sizes. The printer 100 includes an image formation unit 151 and a reading device 160. A controller board 110 registers an adjustment value for adjusting the printing position in the first size in one sheet profile on the basis of a result obtained by making the reading device 160 read the sheet in the first size that is fed from the sheet feeding stage storing the sheet in the first size and is formed with a prescribed image by the image formation unit 151.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
