PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately reproduce a set value desired by each user who uses an image formation apparatus, so as to improve convenience.SOLUTION: The image formation apparatus includes: storage means for storing preservation destination information, which indicates the preservation destination of a file which the user instructs to preserve in the past, in association with the user; reception means for receiving the selection of a function to preserve or print out the file from a log-in user; and display means for displaying, when the function is selected and the preservation destination information associated with the log-in user is stored by the storage means, the file preservation destination indicated in the stored preservation destination information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
