Abstract:
To provide a management technique of a buffer of printing data in an image formation apparatus which achieves both of acceleration of processing and memory saving.SOLUTION: A printer 100 generates line data in an image processing unit 303 and outputs an instruction of a writing start to a line memory 333. The printer 100 constitutes the line memory 333 in a printing control unit 305 and determines whether or not a line width of the line memory 333 is the same as a line width of the instruction of the writing start. The printer 100 permits writing to the line memory 333 by the image processing unit 303 before reading of the line data of all the preceding pages is finished when determining that the line width of the line memory 333 is the same as the line width of the instruction of the writing start. On the other hand, the printer 100 reconstitutes the line memory 333 when determining that the line width of the line memory 333 is different from the line width of the instruction of the writing start.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
