Abstract:
To display a document for which job execution can be performed, and a document for which job execution cannot be performed without impairing the flow of a user operation like pressing down a preset button, confirming the contents of the corresponding setting and starting execution of the job.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus includes a document storage function which stores document data, a function which executes a job for the stored document, an operation display function, preset information which holds the setting of one or more stored documents and the job for the stored document, preset execution means which executes the job for the object document in accordance with the job setting in accordance with the execution instruction in the preset information, and confirmation means which confirms the existence of the object document held by the preset, and displays the object document whose existence can be confirmed by the confirmation means on the operation display function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
