To provide an image formation controller which allows an image forming apparatus to form an excellent dot image, and an image formation control program which allows a computer to be operated as such an image formation controller.
The image formation controller is equipped with: an output section 1400 which outputs dot image data representing a dot image having a dot structure as image data to a proofer 600 forming the image that the image data represents on the basis of the image data; and a control section 1500 which employs image formation conditions when the proofer 600 forms the dot image indicated by the dot image data outputted by the output section 140, as image formation conditions corresponding to the dot structure of the dot image.
