Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device capable of setting size of paper easily with an operation according to an image formation operation.SOLUTION: In an image formation device, in order to set paper size that is set in a cassette, the paper is set in a reading device, and a message 502 promoting instruction of reading start is displayed on a display. When touching on a button 503 is detected after the message is displayed, and a user operation instructing reading start is accepted, the image formation device detects size of the paper by using the reading device. The size of paper that is detected is set as a size for a paper to be set in the cassette.
