Abstract:
To provide an image formation device that executes hidden-surface removal processing, which can output an image including a background region desired by a user.SOLUTION: The image formation device according to the present invention comprises intermediate data generating means that generates intermediate data on the basis of PDL data, and removing means that removes a region overlapping with a first drawing objet in a region of a second drawing object in a lower layer of the first drawing object included in the intermediate data. If the second drawing object is not a drawing object showing an image of a background region, the removing means removes the region overlapping with the first drawing object in the region of the second drawing object, and if the second drawing object is the drawing object showing the image of the background region, the removing means removes the region overlapping with the first drawing object in the region of the second drawing object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
