To provide an image formation device capable of surely detecting a full condition of paper sheets before deterioration of alignment of discharged paper sheets or generation of paper jam, even when the paper sheets are loaded on a discharging tray under a deformed condition such as when curls at the end of the paper are large.
This image formation device forms images on paper sheets, then discharging the paper sheets from a discharging outlet and comprises a paper loading part for loading the discharged paper sheets. The discharging outlet is provided with detection means for detecting that the loaded paper sheets become full near the center and the end in a direction perpendicular to discharge of the paper, and a rotary shaft having a longitudinal direction perpendicular to the discharge of the paper. The length in the rotary shaft direction of the detection means provided near the end is longer than that in the rotary shaft direction of the detection means provided near the center.
