To shorten the waiting time of a user to alleviation and resolution of the malfunction while making the content of information (command) for improving the state impossible to understand at a glance.SOLUTION: An image formation system includes a communication device, a request processing device and an image formation device. The communication device receives a request. The request processing device generates a command for deciding the operation of the image formation device on the basis of the recognized request. The request processing device converts the command into a code image. The request processing device transmits a file including the code image to the communication device. The image formation device decodes the code image included in the file and executes the operation according to the command obtained with the decoding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
