Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation system and an image formation method capable of suppressing the generation of the unused area of a foil roll in foil stamping to a minimum and suppressing the useless consumption of the foil roll expensive compared with a general roll paper.SOLUTION: Provided is an image formation system having: an image formation device and a foil stamping device, in which, on the side of the image formation device, the distance X from the tip in the carrying direction of a printed paper to a foil image is obtained and is notified to the foil stamping device. Then, in the foil stamping device, the carrying distance (rewinding quantity) of a foil sheet added with the distance X notified from the image formation device is obtained, the foil sheet is rewound by the carrying distance, and thereafter, foil stamping is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
