Abstract:
To provide an image forming apparatus and a cutting device which can be made smaller while preventing the occurrence of image forming failure.SOLUTION: An image forming system 100 comprises: an image forming apparatus 200 having an image forming part 201 for forming an image; and a cutting device 300 for cutting a sheet conveyed from the image forming apparatus 200. The cutting device 300 has: a cutter blade for cutting the sheet in a sheet conveyance direction; and a guillotine blade disposed downstream of the cutter blade in the sheet conveyance direction and for cutting the sheet in a sheet width direction perpendicular to the sheet conveyance direction. The cutter blade is disposed at a first position P1 of a shorter distance L1 than a prescribed distance Ls from the image forming part 201 in a conveyance path where the sheet is conveyed from the image forming part 201 so as to pass through the cutting device 300. The guillotine blade is disposed at a second position P2 of a longer distance L2 than the prescribed distance Ls from the image forming part 201 in the conveyance path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
