Abstract:
To provide a technique for printing a job in which a plurality of different format documents are included in a job and a printing range designation is a serial number of a page to the whole job.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus that analyzes a job including a plurality of documents and performs printing includes management means which acquires information on a page to be printed specified by the job and manages the information as a printing range, and analysis means which analyzes each of the plurality of documents included in the job, where the analysis means calculates the number of pages constituting each of the plurality of documents and specifies the page to be printed out of the plurality of documents indicated by the printing range based on the number of pages of the plurality of documents.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
