Abstract:

To automatically expand and perform preview display of parts to which a specific finishing is subjected when a preview image is displayed.

The image forming apparatus includes: a display means that performs the preview display of a printing result of printing information to be printed; a decision means that determines a preview position and magnification ratio of the printing result to be displayed on the display means; and a control means that controls the preview of the printing result to be displayed on the display means according to the preview position and magnification ratio that are determined by the decision means.
