Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a work step for adjusting a cutting position of a sheet, compared with a case where images sharing a cutting position for cutting a sheet are extracted and are not formed on one sheet.SOLUTION: When a connection source print job Jx and a connected print job Jy out of a plurality of print jobs match each other in a sheet width and an image width (360 to 374), and a sheet length Lm when the print jobs Jx and Jy are connected is equal to or smaller than a maximum sheet length Lmax (376 to 378), the connected print job is output (380, 388). It is thereby possible to reduce a blank area in a sheet formed by the print jobs and suppress a work step of adjusting a cutting position of the sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
