PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that performs appropriate movement control on the basis of GPS information irrespective of a reception environment of the GPS information in an installation location.SOLUTION: A compound machine 1 comprises: an IMES connection part (position information acquisition means) 33 that acquires position information on the installation position or the vicinity of the installation position of the compound machine 1 from an IMES receiver 4 removably attached to the compound machine 1; and a control unit (control means) 15 that performs control of movement of the compound machine 1 according to an installation area of the compound machine 1 specified on the basis of the acquired position information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
