Abstract:
To provide an image forming device capable of preventing leakage of confidential information even when confidential information is included in a document being an object of audio output.SOLUTION: An image forming device 1 includes a control unit 19 which controls a voice output unit 11 and a printing unit 15. The control unit 19 extracts text data from a specified document, and determines whether confidential information is included in the text data. The control unit 19 converts the text data to voice data when confidential information is not included in the text data, allows the voice output unit 11 to output the voice indicated by the voice data, and when confidential information is included in the text data, does not allow the voice output unit to output the voice, and instead allows a printing unit 15 to print at least one of the specified document and the text indicated by the text data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
