The specific information storage means 55 is for storing specific information about areas around the location where the image forming apparatus 1 is installed. The permission signal detecting means 56 is for detecting print permission signals transmitted from a price collecting device or a register device connected to the image forming apparatus 1. With the detection, the specific information printing means 53 reads the specific information from the specific information storage means 55 for printing.
