Abstract:
To form good images over a long period of time by preventing the nonuniformity of toner coating due to the stagnation of the foreign substances recovered into a developing device.
The image forming apparatus of a cleanerless plus twin sleeve system recovers the foreign substances, such as paper dust, stagnated in the gaps of a first developing roller and a second developing roller into the developing device by changing the peripheral speed ratio of the two developing rollers while paper is not passed.
